TELC Certficates are issued by WRT (Weiterbildungs Testsysteme GmbH) in Frankfurt upon Man. WBT is responsible not only for preparing the testing materials and examiners. but also for promoting the tests in the whole Europe.
TELC Certificates have been known in Poland for several years and the interest in them has been growing constantly.
